PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Cachaça Heats Brazil Classica, is produced with high technology, in copper stills and stored in stainless steel tanks for a period of one year.
TASTING NOTES:
Cachaça Heats Brasil Classica has the original aroma of sugar cane.
PRODUCTION PROCESS:
– Sugar cane is sourced from its own plantation and the harvest is manual for cleanliness and selection of the raw material.
– The milling occurs in mills of high yield, with extraction of more than 80% of the sucrose.
– The fermentation occurs by natural process within 24 hours by saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast.
– The distillation is performed in copper stills, heated by steam.
– Three times filtered.
COMPOSITION:
Distillation of fermented “mosto” from sugarcane juice. Natural product. Contains no gluten.
Alcohol content: 40%
Shelf life: No expiration.
Awards: Silver medal at the Brussels World Competition.

Cachaça Heats Brazil Classica is special for caipirinha, alcoholic beverages with natural fruits or to be added with juices, liqueurs and ice creams to be consumed by the swimming pool, on the beach and before meals.

Liquor
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Fine blueberry liqueur is produced with Heats Brazil Classic Cachaça and Blueberry Fruits.
SENSORY NOTES:
The Fine blueberry liqueur has an original aroma of sugar cane mixed with the fruity notes of the blueberry.
PRODUCTION PROCESS:
Cachaça

– The milling occurs in mills of high yield, with extraction of more than 80% of the sucrose.
– The fermentation occurs by a natural process that takes 24 hours by saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast.
– The distillation is performed in copper stills, heated by steam.
– Three times filtered.
Liqueur
– Blueberry fruits are fully immersed for a predetermined period in Heats Brazil Classic cachaça.
– At the end of the immersion, the fruits are removed, and the immersion is added to inverted sugar syrup, standardized, homogenized, and filtered.
COMPOSITION:
Cachaça, water, sugar and blueberry. Natural product.
Contains no gluten.

CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS:
Pure (itself), on the rocks, in drinks and cocktails. It is digestive, being consumed largely after meals.
